NYBA 2006 Winter Gala
The Northwest Yacht Brokers Association has sponsorship opportunities available for the 2006 Winter Gala. The event will be held on December 1. The following sponsorship opportunities are available:
• "Supporting" level at $750 — Package will include your company name on table top tents with other sponsors and company name on NYBA website for the month of NOV. The sponsor will be able to bring the member and 3 additional guests.
• "Contributing" level at $1000 — Package will include your company name on NYBA website in NOV/DEC with phone contact info and will be on the entrance sign. The sponsor will be able to bring the member and 5 additional guests.
• "Presenting" level at $2000 — As the presenting sponsor you will have your company name/logo and contact info on NYBA website for the months of NOV/DEC. Your name and logo will appear boldly at the top of the entrance sign. The sponsor will be able to bring the member and 9 additional guests.

Lake Union Boats Afloat Show
As the January 2007 show approaches we are looking for sponsors who would like to promote their business through the Lake Union Boats Afloat Show. We are expecting an attendance of over 15,000 people over the 10 day show. Why not take this opportunity to capture new business and support your Association at the same time.
EXHIBITOR’S LOUNGE
The Exhibitor's Lounge is the place where people gather to meet during the Boats Afloat Show. For the duration of the show a variety of food and beverages will be provided and is at the hub for event exhibitors.
This is a great avenue to chat with brokers and dealers at the show to build working relationships and increase your visibility within the marine industry.
Our sponsor will have the opportunity to use the approximately 1,000 sq. ft. to sign and display informational materials while your staff can be available to answer any questions about your company. We will work with you to decorate the lounge with signage and centerpieces for each table. We will also promote the lounge and your sponsorship through email prior to the show and on an 8 ½ x 11” flyer, which we’ll hand deliver to the exhibitors plus have it in the NYBA office during registration.
• Total cost: $2,500
Explanation of Cost: NYBA will not be paid any monetary sum. We would like the total cost to go into the beverages and snacks for the exhibitors. In return, your company would be in charge of maintaining the lounge, stocking the buffet counter and staffing the room.
WRISTBANDS (Footprint: Last January 2006 over 13,000 attendees)
We will provide wristbands to everyone that attends the Lake Union Boats Afloat Show this January. Your company name, logo and/or offer could be featured on each wristband. This is an excellent opportunity to reach each show attendee.
New Opportunity—If you want to showcase a boat, put your company name, boat brand and location in the show on a wristband!
• Total cost: $1,200
LANYARDS (Footprint: For September 2006 over 1,500 lanyards used)
Each Lake Union Boats Afloat Show exhibitor will be provided a lanyard with their photo id badge, to wear throughout the show. Your company name and or logo can be printed on each lanyard for all attendees and show exhibitors to see. This is an excellent value for the visibility that they provide. The lanyards are printed on 1 inch polyester neckbands with screen printing.
